“APPOINTMENTS NEEDED PLEASE”
Due to the current/ongoing COVID situation and the unfortunate rising of numbers in our area, we have made some changes to our current office operations:

“NO WALK-IN’S” PLEASE:
Until further notice, we are unable to accept any “walk-in’s”. All visitors must be by appointment only.

NO VISITORS ACCOMPANYING CLIENT:
When coming for appointments, please do not bring anyone with you that is not involved with your appointment. They will need to wait outside of our building.

BRING COMPLETED PAPERWORK:
If paperwork needs to be completed for your appointment, we will send you the paperwork and it must be completed and brought in with you.

DROP OFF or PICK UP:
If you are dropping off/picking up, please call us (631) 277-3456, we will come to the door to greet you.

TEMPERATURE CHECK:
Please be prepared to have your temperature checked when you enter our office.

COVID EXPOSURE or SYMPTOMS:
Please do not come to our office if you have been exposed to anyone with COVID or you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID.
