On Thursday, November 28, 2019, my insurance company sent an independent DOT investigator to my office to perform a mock DOT audit.
The insurance company sent me a list of items that were needed to perform the audit. To be honest, I was sweating it out.
As the audit began, I pulled out my driver files, Drug & Alcohol policy, copies of MVR’s, and DOT security plan, all of which were provided by TRANS-COM.
Not only did our company pass the DOT mock audit, the investigator was so impressed with our paperwork, that he asked for copies of TRANS-COMs paperwork, to institute their required paperwork for their company system-wide.
I am pleased with the results. Without TRANS-COM behind me, I could have had major problems.
It is without reservation that I recommend TRANS-COM to any potential customer!
