Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is extending the waivers for Commercial Driver’s licenses, Commercial Learner Permits and Medical Cards that are due to expire soon.
The following expiration dates are below.
Commercial Driver Licenses – Expiration dates have been extended to until December 31st.
Commercial Learner’s Permits – Expiration dates have been extended to until December 31st.
Medical Card – The expiration will depend on the user’s original expiration date.
- If the certification was valid from Feb 29 and expired on or after March 1st, but before June 1st, the requirement is waived until Oct 31st.
- If the certification expired on or after June 1st, the requirement is waived until Dec 31st.
Note: The original waiver was in March and meant to last three months, when June came around, they extended the waiver until September 20th and the next installment takes place on October 1st.
