    Commercial Drivers License

    Is there an Age Requirement?

The minimum age to obtain a CDL is 18, for Class B and 21 for class A.

    How to get a CDL?

In order to get a CDL you must…

    1. Find out what class CDL you want to obtain. Class A, B or C.
    2. Complete the application. (This can be done in person or online.)
    3. Get a DOT Physical.
    4. Personal Verification Documents, Birth Certificat, Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Evidence of Residency, Evidence of Clean Driving Record.
