NYS DOT
What is it?
New York State operating authority.
For Motor Carriers that are For-Hire and perform
Point-to-Point in NYS.
UCR
What is it?
Unified Carrier's Registration.
Needed for commercial motor vehicles
over 10,000lbs that leave the state.
WASTE PERMIT
What is it?
Company Permit.
Regulated by DEC.
Needed to handle waste materials.

What is it?
Pennsylvania State operating authority.
